RutuChakra Workshop for Tejomay Charitable trust - Mantri Espana

RutuChakra is conducting a workshop on the benefits and usage of menstrual cups and reusable napkins, as well as on menstrual hygiene awareness.

This workshop is in collaboration with Tejoymay Charitable Trust and is sponsored by the Adarsh Charitable Trust.

Time: 1:30 pm - 2:45 pm

Target Audience: House Helpers, Maintenance Ladies, Their Employers

Location: Mantri Espana, Bangalore

The workshop will cover the following:

1. General,Personal and menstrual hygiene information by RutuChakra team by teenagers.

2. Myths/truths

3. Interactive session on Usage and benefits of reusable pads & menstrual cups.

4. Distribution of free samples of Reusable Pads for all the participants by the members of RutuChakra.

5. Tea and snacks will be provided.

The first part of the session will be conducted by RutuChakra team and the second part will be conducted by Seema.
